Overview
A busy UHNW family of four is seeking a highly organized, hands-on Personal Assistant to support their day-to-day operations across multiple residences. This role will work closely alongside the current PA and requires a proactive, "no task too small" mindset. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is grounded, focused, hands on, and prefers a more operational role within a private household.
Key Responsibilities
Personal & Administrative Support:
  • Provide comprehensive day-to-day support to the principals and existing PA
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and general administrative tasks
  • Handle a wide range of ad hoc requests with efficiency and discretion
Household & Property Management:
  • Support oversight of three residences, including a primary estate (~30,000 sq. ft.) and two Hamptons properties (~10,000 sq. ft. each)
  • Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and service providers
  • Assist with household organization, systems, and inventory management
  • Ensure homes are running smoothly and maintained to a high standard
Logistics & Lifestyle Support:
  • Assist with travel logistics and planning as needed
  • Help manage day-to-day household operations across multiple locations
Schedule & Flexibility
  • Flexibility required for an ever-changing schedule. No two days are the same!
  • Increased weekend support during summer months in the Hamptons
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities is essential
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a family office or private assistant role
  • Experience working in a private home or UHNW environment preferred
  • Some yachting experience is a plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with systems, logistics, and coordination
  • Discreet, professional, and service-oriented
  • Non-smoker
