Job Description:
Our Dig Crew Plumbing Lead is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing plumbing issues. A Dig Crew Plumbing Lead will complete approved repairs in a timely manner, have a clean and orderly work area, collect payment, and complete paperwork.
Potential of $100k plus
Job Title: Dig Crew Plumbing Lead
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in the plumbing/dig crew industry and the ability to work independently
  • Assist with excavation around utilities (public or private)
  • Assist with laying and gluing joints on piping
  • Assist with wall penetrations
  • Backfill with shovels, rakes, and pneumatic tamper
  • Apply weather proofing to wall penetrations
  • Bring and get materials for the job
  • The ability to communicate written and orally to the customers
  • Technical know-how - to use email, invoice software, etc.
  • Ability to work a shifted schedule
  • Takes great pride in going the extra mile for our customers
  • Strong customer service skills (active listening, relationship building, etc.)
  • Ability to use own plumbing tools (Basic trade related hand tools)
  • Good physical condition
