Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for an Associate Project Manager, Visual Merchandising based in New York, NY.
The role:
You will be responsible for seasonal product updates, playstations redesigns/reconfigurations, endcaps, etageres, and outposts in all Open sell Retail locations (Sephora, Ulta, Ulta@Target, and Sephora @Kohl’s).
What you’ll do:
In an environment characterized by a competitive Open Sell environment and multiple distribution points, we strive to maintain our brand identity, stand out, and speak clearly to our customers through impactful brand messaging. Collaborate with us to seamlessly integrate our brand DNA across all Open Sell locations, ensuring a consistent expression that upholds our elevated standards of luxury and brand awareness at every touchpoint.
- Open Sell Merchandising – Drive the process for all Open Sell locations, new doors, retrofits, and updates (Sephora, Ulta, Kohl’s, and Target)
- Produce planograms for internal and external reviews.
- Partner with external vendors on graphic and fixture updates to ensure proper execution.
- Review and approve fixture drawings, costs, prototypes, graphic strips, and retailer proofs.
- Manage the open sell timeline.
You are:
- Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about our brand and challenges, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty.
- Able to communicate effectively to ensure all involved parties understand expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
You have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising (preferably in beauty).
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Graphic Design, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, IWD, Microsoft Office, Powerpoint.
- Meticulous attention to detail and proactively identify potential issues or delays and take appropriate action to address them in a timely manner.
- An ability to independently push projects forward and deliver updates on time.
