Interim Controller

Are you a Controller with a project-based mindset? Are you looking for an exciting Contract opportunity? We are looking to hire a finance professional to join our team in Berlin, NJ.  All candidates must have experience with multiple implementations and process improvement.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Act as the project manager leading internal staff.
• Directly upgrade and add AP and inventory modules to system.
• Utilize software company provided resources in inventory system implementation.
• Manage AP process integration into new system.
• Manage the data migration.
• Clean up the past data.
• Ensure employees are properly utilizing the system to reach optimal results.
• Develop the internal practices for inventory, AP, and other processes, cleaning up for controls and efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Accounting Manager and/or Controller.
• Demonstrated experience implementing accounting systems in the past.
• Experience with MS Dynamics, NetSuite, and QuickBooks preferred.
