We are currently seeking an experienced Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Housekeepers and ensuring that our facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. This position will work 37.5 hours/week, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the Housekeeping staff and ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards

- Train and supervise Housekeeping staff to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned on a regular basis

- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

- Ensure that all safety and infection control procedures are followed

Requirements

•High School diploma or GED

•Minimum two (2) years' experience in a supervisory capacity in a housekeeping setting (long-term care facility preferred)

•Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations

•Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
