Member Service Advisor - Remote / Office

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Member Service Advisor. As a Member Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued members, ensuring their needs are met and their problems are resolved in a timely manner. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in a remote environment.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to member inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
• Resolve member issues by actively listening, identifying the problem, and offering appropriate solutions.
• Process member requests, such as account updates, payments, and cancellations, accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions with members, ensuring proper documentation.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall member experience.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
