Base Salary:
Chef de Cuisine: $90,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience)

Requirements:
- 2+ years of upscale dining leadership experience
- Well-rounded culinary techniques in a variety of cuisines
- Knife, butchery, and recipe-creation skills
- Excellent leadership skills with a positive attitude
Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen operations and be a mentor to all kitchen employees
- Manage scheduling, daily ordering, and labor control
- Train new and existing kitchen staff on the preparation, arrangement, and plating of dishes
- Works in liaison with the front-of-house management team to ensure efficient restaurant operations
