Job Description

We’re looking for hard-working, enthusiastic individuals to join our team from May through October. As a server you will be responsible for greeting and seating customers, answering any questions customers may have, taking orders and running food to tables, helping bus tables if needed, and if opening or closing you’ll be performing various cleaning depending on the shift.

We offer competitive pay and tip share among the staff along with an employee discount on merchandise and food/drink. Retail or hospitality experience is a plus but not required. The summer months are very busy here in Boothbay Harbor, so it is of utmost importance that our team members are able to work with a positive attitude and have the ability to remain calm and pleasant in a fast-paced environment. Physically the job can be strenuous, you’ll be standing and moving around throughout your shift. Lastly, we are a team and if all your responsibilities are completed, we do expect you to help your other team members complete theirs.
