We are looking for a Supervisor - Orders to join our team. In this role, you will partner with members of our Order Operations team to ensure our sales are processed completely and without error. This includes the review and processing of sales orders, and verifying that all required information is complete and accurate. This person will also assist the Manager of Order Operations with leading the team and driving operational excellence.
The ideal candidate for this role is a master collaborator who possesses strong business acumen and accounting experience. They will have exceptional reasoning and problem-solving skills. Taking initiative and the ability to anticipate problems before they happen are essential for success. This person will aid in leading the team, so leadership skills and the ability to work well with others in a high-growth environment are a must!
This role is full-time, exempt, and remote. It will report to the Manager of Order Operations.
Responsibilities
Collaboration with the Sales Team
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team and assist with quoting.
- Collaborate to resolve fulfillment issues and gather the required documentation needed for close.
- Monitor the case queue and answer related order management questions from the Sales team, Renewals team, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Build out metrics and turn-around standards.
- Work cross-functionally with team members across the organization.
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to ensure maximum efficiency in the order entry process.
- Assist Orders manager with managerial responsibilities as needed.
- Manage customer inquiries for sales orders via email and phone.
- Provision customer licenses and research provisioning when requested by the customer.
- Verify and enter customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; verify auto-entry is correct in the customer relationship manager (CRM).
- Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or other related field and at least 4 years of accounting and/or operations experience, preferably in a senior role. Can substitute a combination of relevant education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a software or technology company.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce and Zoura.
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of successful collaboration.
- Demonstrated drive and personal initiative.
- Detailed-oriented and able to think analytically.
- Proven ability to follow established processes and directions.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team with minimal supervision.
- $55,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on qualifications
- This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
