As an Accounting Systems Analyst at Marucci Sports, LLC, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving financial systems, generating reports, and ensuring accurate data entry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and troubleshoot system issues as needed. Additionally, you will participate in system upgrades and implementations, providing training and support to end-users.

Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting data analysis, identifying trends, and making recommendations for process improvements. This role requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

To excel as an Accounting Systems Analyst at Marucci Sports, LLC, proficiency in accounting principles and financial analysis is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large datasets are crucial for success in this role. Super-user level experience with Business Central is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools is required. Additionally, excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are key to effectively implementing system enhancements and driving process improvements. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis or accounting systems.
