Restaurant Manager Littleton, Colorado

Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager in the Littleton area. The ideal restaurant manager works closely with the proprietor to manage staff, sales, and profits, emphasizing front-of-house development, team building, a positive work environment, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the General Manager to manage People, Sales, and Profits
• Focus on developing the front-of-house staff while aiding in overall team recruitment, training, and development
• Drive sales growth through excellent service and implement sales growth strategies internally and externally

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: up to $70,000

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years current experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Full Service concept
• High volume background must have Restaurant Manager experience in establishments doing over $2 million in sales per year
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
• Restaurant Manager must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
