THE VITAL ROLE YOU'LL HAVE

As our Senior Training and Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's talent and ensuring service excellence. You'll be responsible for establishing, administering, and executing a robust training and compliance program that supports our business operations and employee training needs. Collaborating with our HR team, you'll help set the standard for the employee experience and develop effective onboarding and training processes.

Additionally, you'll evaluate our current training and QA programs and materials to create a revised strategy that not only introduces our culture and essential job functions but also provides ongoing training opportunities and reference materials for career development across the organization. Utilizing your expertise in Yardi's back-end environment, you'll streamline processes and facilitate product rollouts. You'll also conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with company policies, including Fair Housing regulations, and address any issues promptly. Your role will bridge the gap between regional managers, developing improvement plans for each site and employee as needed!

SENIOR TRAINING AND QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree
• 8+ years of progressive multifamily property management experience
• 5+ years of team leadership and people management experience
• 5+ years of experience developing effective training and compliance services
• Experience working in Yardi's back-end and test environments
• Expert Yardi skills

Having a bachelor's degree in business, administration, education, or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant industry designation (CAM, CPM, etc.) and active involvement with associations (NAA, WMFHA, IREM, etc.) are a plus!
