Aegis Worldwide is currently partnered with a large Plastics Manufacturer in the Allen-Town PA area. This position offers great stability and security in the ever growing field of manufacturing. This Multi-Site Plant Accountant will provide financial leadership and support to multi-plant facilities. Please see more responsibilities below.

• General Ledger Accounting
• Scrap Accounting
• Forecasting
• Month End Close
• Reporting and Analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (CP/CMA/MBA is a plus)
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in Accounting/Finance as Plant Accountant or similar in manufacturing environments
• Ability to multi-task, reprioritize, and meet deadlines
• Strong IT systems aptitude (Excel, SAP, BPC, Word, PowerPoint, Etc.)
• Demonstrates an awareness of all elements of plant's financial statements.

This role is detail task orientated that provides leadership in cost saving opportunities. Candidates will need to understand inventory, scrap accounting, weekly forecasts and month end. This position requires little travel with a quarterly visit to the Buffalo site as well as a weekly stop at the Mountain Top Plant.
