We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting with the Executive Chef in overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, managing a team of culinary professionals, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service. Duties:
- Assist and lead a team of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and other culinary professionals
- Help with menu planning and development, ensuring a diverse range of offerings that meet customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Monitor food production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control
- Implement and maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and dining areas
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste
