Responsibilities
Client Advisement: Provide expert guidance to clients on personal lines and life insurance products, helping them make informed decisions.
Sales Strategy: Initiate and manage client relationships, presenting insurance solutions that align with their financial goals and needs.
Customer Service: Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Policy Management: Organize and maintain accurate client records, updating policies as needed and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and insurance products to offer the most relevant and beneficial solutions to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Possess a valid Property & Casualty and Life and Health Insurance License in Pennsylvania.
Experience: Previous experience in personal lines or life insurance sales or service is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
