PROJECT MANAGERS – BASE OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Financial & Realty Services, LLC dba FRS Professional Services, LLC (FRS), in Calverton, MD, is recruiting for Project Managers to provide comprehensive facilities base operations and maintenance services to support Fort Carson in El Paso County, CO.  The base consists of approximately 137,000 acres and 1100 buildings with a population base of 125,000 Military, Government Civilian, and Contractor personnel as well as resident family members. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile historical data, prepare required reports and submit all information as specified by the Deliverables in the contract.
• Ensure all work in support of mission requirements tendered to the Government for acceptance conform to the measurable performance standards of quality, timeliness, and quantity specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• Have full authority to act on all contract matters relating to daily operation of the contact.
• Will be available 24/7/365 including Federal holidays.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience in base support management or a contract similar in scope and breadth
• Have and maintain a Tier 3, Secret clearance for the life of the contract
• Able to understand, speak, read and write the English language
