Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to support our sales and marketing team in achieving company goals and objectives. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client relationship management within the promotional products industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, including social media initiatives, to promote our products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and schedule client meetings.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials for client meetings and presentations.
  • Support the maintenance of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Assist in analyzing sales and marketing data to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training programs to enhance sales and marketing skills.
  • Learn our ERP system to update key customer information while making changes to existing customers as necessary.


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing, either through coursework, internships, or extracurricular activities, is desirable but not required.

Duration and Compensation:

This is a paid internship position from May/June August, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. The internship schedule can be tailored to accommodate academic requirements and other commitments.
