Job Purpose: To join our team to manage our employees, operations, and serve our clients. 

Job Description:

• Manage and motivate team of Cleaning Specialists (~10 team members)

  • Ensure Cleaning Specialists are fully prepped for all job assignments (fully stocked caddies, sanitized vacuums, equipment needed for deep clean services)

  • Review timesheets daily to monitor accuracy (client name, job assignment times, and location)

  • Oversee call outs and monitor tardy employees (assist with reassignments and updating the Employee Database) to ensure coverage

  • Perform quality assurance checks to confirm cleaning standards have been met

  • Train Cleaning Specialists on best practices, new tools, and products to increase efficiency

  • Review vacation requests and notify Management Team for approvals

  • Work alongside staff to ensure quality cleans 

• Provide impeccable customer service (~100 recurring clients)

  • Interact with clients to solve problems and ensure satisfaction

  • Respond to and handle client requests and complaints effectively 

• Collaborate regularly with Management Team (~3 team members, including the CEO) 

  • Identify and create new employee protocols and improve the training process 

  • Assist with recruitment and retention of Cleaning Specialists

  • Collaborate with Management Team to create efficient and practical schedules 

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in management and cleaning position

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Able to multitask and pay attention to detail 

• Demonstrated leadership skills and professionalism

• Valid NJ Driver’s License

• Background Check

• Must own vehicle

• Must speak English

• Must reside within a 20-mile radius from West Milford 

Job Type:

• Part-Time

• Monday- Friday

• 20-30 hours per week (flexible hours)

Start Date: Immediate Hire

Salary: $22/hour
