Job Summary:
Mosaic Chrysler Zumbrota is seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our service department, assisting customers with their vehicle repair and maintenance needs. The Service Advisor will play a critical role in delivering a positive and professional experience to our customers while also helping to increase sales and profitability for the dealership.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a base salary plus commission structure, offering a competitive annual salary between $50,000 to $90,000. In addition to competitive compensation, our company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Listen to customers’ needs and concerns regarding their vehicle and provide accurate estimates for repair or maintenance services
- Schedule service appointments and effectively manage the repair/maintenance process for multiple customers at once
- Communicate with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns
- Review and explain recommended services and costs to customers, obtaining approval before work is performed
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently within the promised time frame
- Utilize dealership computer systems to track and update service records
- Stay up-to-date on new products and services offered by the dealership to promote and increase sales
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college or vocational training preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services
- Proficiency in computer systems and software used in dealership operations
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
