TITLE:  FULFILLMENT MANAGER                             LOCTION: OREM, UT
CLASSIFICATION:  SALARY -  FULL TIME                REPORTS TO: DEPT. DIRECTOR

Who We are Looking for:
American Crafts is looking to hire an experienced Fulfillment Manager to undertake all aspects of warehouse operations, The Fulfilment Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation. Track inventory and management of all warehouse staff.   This role involves implementing fulfilment best practices.

Job Duties:
  • Plans, manages, and executes all distribution-related functions to achieve goals, profitability and provide excellent service to employees and customers.
  • Actively monitor and oversee all activities associated with the building, including receiving, storage, and fulfillment to ensure excellence across all departments.
  • Manage the budget and track the KPIs.
  • Identify, implement, and streamline processes to increase productivity while decreasing operational costs.
  • Work closely with the executive team to establish ambitious but achievable processes to increase efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing distribution center by monitoring implementation and practice to ensure compliance.
  • Overseeing and ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT safety and environmental regulations
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment; adhere to safety programs, procedures, and policies.
  • Manage total inventory management ensuring compliance of receiving and inventory control procedures.
  • Coaching and developing warehouse staff to establish strong communication processes and maintain knowledge of operation and personnel issues.
  • Special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent in years of experience
  • 4 plus years of Distribution Center management experience in leadership management roles
  • High-volume retail warehouse distribution environment
  • 4 plus years of e-Commerce, Business to Business, Business to Consumer, direct-to-consumer, high-volume LTL and high-volume small parcel operations experience
  • Extensive background in storage utilization, both rack and bulked inventory
  • Strong presentation skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent MS Office Products, SAGE or other software systems experience
  • Talent for fostering loyalty, cooperation, and communication among various departments.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and strategic skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Education/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, fulfillment or business administration preferred.
  • 3-4 years’ experience as a Fulfillment Manager or agent.
  • Experience using Sage or similar software and databases.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Excellent computer skills
