Job description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fulfillment Manager to join our team in Miramar, FL. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in fulfillment management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. The Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate processing of orders, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that all customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the fulfillment operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of fulfillment associates to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and logistics to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock levels.
