Customer Fulfillment Representative Summary

The Customer Fulfillment Representative will serve as the interface between the company and customers. They are responsible for ensuring that customersโ€™ orders are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory manner. This position will cross between customer service, warehouse operations and sales support with the following responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate all warehouse operations including delivery scheduling, inbound and outbound processes, safety requirements, and special customer requirements.
  • Provides customer account management which may include, but is not limited to, order entry, order inquiry, order status, inventory inquiries, customer fulfillment and transportation management to analyze and resolve customer needs.
  • Manages tactical customer inquiries such as processing purchase orders and communicating shipping confirmation.
  • Utilize WMS and other IT systems to manage inventory and complete the shipping, receiving, picking, and putting away of parts and customers' order.
  • Use the company vehicle to transport and stock, inventory in appropriate shelf and/or bin at off-site customer locations, up to 3 times per week.
  • Use RF scanner to obtain bin inventory quantities for QAD uploads, allocating material in the QAD system.
  • Contribute to a culture and environment focused daily on employee safety and a safe work environment, assume responsibility for immediately addressing safety concerns.
  • Provide additional tactical sales support to the Program Manager as needed.

Customer Fulfillment Representative Requirements: The Customer Fulfillment Representative should preferably possess a high school diploma or GED. Additionally, this role requires a valid driverโ€™s license, who should preferably possess the following skills:

  • Previous working experience overseeing general supply chain management processes in a physical demands warehouse environment.
    • This includes standing continuously, lifting up to 50lbs unassisted and repetitive use of hands/manual dexterity.
  • Strong time management skills, along with multi-tasking, prioritizing and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, organize, and prioritize job tasks to aid in satisfying customer requirements.
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated with ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Customer oriented and motivated with solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of and a proficiency in using Computer and Microsoft Office applications โ€“Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
  • The qualified candidate must also possess the ability to work overtime, when necessary
  • Customer service and/hour warehouse experience in a distribution environment a plus.
