We want to hear about your PASSION, your STORY, and how your EXPERTISE can help us shape the future of dairy. From your PASSION to ours Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Analyst, Customer Fulfillment based in Londonderry, NH. The Analyst, Customer Fulfillment will be responsible for service and operational efficiency insights, results, and value tracking for respective business units and customers.  This individual will serve as the primary point of contact on performance analytics across service, efficiency, and improvement opportunities and serve as the liaison between Sales, Customer Supply Chain, and other Supply Chain teams.  This critical role requires analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement.

The Analyst, Customer Fulfillment will report to the Sr. Manager, Customer Supply Chain. From your EXPERTISE to ours Key responsibilities for this position include: Lead performance and value analysis related to service, customer, and general efficiency opportunities.Develop and implement allocation strategies to optimize product distribution based on customer demand and inventory levels.Manage the full end-to-end order to deliver business cycle for key customers on limited basis as defined.Proactively communicate to sales partners and customer buyers regarding service interruptions.Drive new approach and communication to enable proactive service outlook.Offer solutions to all assigned customer accounts based upon One Yogurt policies, customer behaviors, or logistics initiatives.Collaborate with warehouse & transportation team members in identifying and resolving issues, limited as needed.Analyze and identify opportunities to address trending issues on On Time In Full (OTIF).Analyze existing order fulfillment processes for continuous improvement.Provide regular metric and/or other service, efficiency, performance, analysis to support business improvement.Develop proactive Customer Service scorecard.Serve as the point of contact for customer service teams regarding allocation-related inquiries and issues on limited basis as defined.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for new analytical reports and activities developed to ensure consistency and efficiency.Actively participate in meeting customer service teams? metrics.

Lead KPI tracking and sharing improvements.RequirementsFrom your STORY to ours Qualified applicants will contribute the following: Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.Experience 2 years of order management, buying or inventory management experience requiredExperience in customer-facing business roles within supply chain or sales environment preferredERP experience, preferably SAP preferredConsumer package goods experience preferred.Certifications and specific knowledge Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to large audiences and senior leadership teams.Solid understanding of end to end supply chain processes.Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across departments and within team oriented environments.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines within defined timeframes.Ability to work effectively in a team setting and contribute to collective goals.Adaptability to changing business needs and a dynamic work environment.Advanced analytical skills with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and related programming tools.Proficiency in programming languages including R, Python, and SQL preferredExperience using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Spotfire, preferred.At Lactalis, we offer a comprehensive Total Rewards Program with a variety of affordable benefits and coverage options.
