BPG International is Now Hiring: Customer Fulfillment Specialist (Full-Time, Hybrid, Wilmington, DE)

What You'll Do
  • Own the sales order process end-to-end, ensuring accurate, timely setup and communication back to customers.
  • Review pricing and quotations against incoming orders to guarantee accuracy on every transaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering professional, responsive service.
  • Manage EDI order processing with 3rd-party partners, verifying prices, lead times, and quantities.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment and shipment communication between BPG warehouses and customer distribution points.
  • Get quotes, book international shipments, and manage logistics documentation and carrier communication.
  • Validate invoices against sales orders and shipping documentation, resolving billing discrepancies.
  • Bring forward process improvement ideas that raise the bar for BPG’s customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of proven, results‑oriented work experience, including 3+ years in customer service or sales order processing.
  • Experience with purchasing, production planning, distribution, or inventory management is a plus.
  • Experience with consumer products and U.S. (or international) retail distribution is preferred.
  • Proficiency with MRP/ERP platforms and the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word); EDI systems experience required.
  • A collaborative, detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
