What you’ll be doing:

• Customer Service:
  • Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answering customer questions and addressing concerns.
• Exterior Cleaning:
  • Cleaning of all vehicle surfaces, including windows, tires, and rims.
• Interior Cleaning:
  • Vacuuming and cleaning the interior of vehicles, including carpets, seats, and dashboards.
  • Wiping down surfaces and cleaning windows on the inside.
• Equipment Maintenance
  • Regularly inspecting and maintaining car washing equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Reporting any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.
• Ensuring Safety:
  • Following safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
  • Using personal protective equipment, such as gloves and safety glasses, as necessary.
• Maintaining Cleanliness
  • Keeping the car wash area clean and organized.
  • Disposing of waste materials properly.
• Adhering to Policies
  • Following company policies and procedures related to car washing and customer service.
• Assisting with Other Tasks
  • Assisting with other duties as assigned by supervisors, such as helping with general facility maintenance.
• Time Management
  • Managing time efficiently to complete tasks within specified timeframes.

A day in your life might include…

• Keep the lot clean and green areas litter-free. We sell clean so we must represent clean at a high level.
• Candidates should be physically able to work on their feet for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work weekends, have transportation, and be coachable.
• This is a hospitality/Service based role, where you will be required to perform services customers purchase and complete them within the required time frame. Must meet company standards regarding quality, speed, and hospitality.
• Candidates should be physically able to work on their feet in all weather conditions we experience in West Palm Beach.
• Weekend availability is required, along with reliable transportation to and from the job.
