Position Title: Director of IT Operations

Hours: 9AM – 6PM EST

Salary range: $80,000-$90,000

Job Summary:

The Director of IT Operations oversees the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring smooth functioning of all IT systems, networks, and infrastructure. This role involves implementing best practices for IT Operations and collaborating with other departments to support organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Team Collaboration: Work directly with all internal departments to ensure all solutions offered to the external clients meet client needs while maintaining the integrity of all internal systems and processes.
• System Maintenance: Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the organization's IT systems, including servers, networks, and software applications.
• Troubleshooting: Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex IT issues and incidents in a timely manner.
• Infrastructure Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies, including hardware and software upgrades, to support business growth and objectives.
• Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness as well as seamless API interface with NetSuite.
• Policy Development: Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures for reference and compliance purposes.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for professional development for all employees to enhance skills and knowledge across the company at a minimum three times a year.

• For remote roles, must be located in one of the 50 states of the United States or Washington DC
