Job Description

Established residential HVAC company seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Upper Marlboro, MD!

Responsibilities:

Answer phones, determine clients needs and create service tickets.
Make outbound customer follow up calls.
General filing and administration.
Other duties and responsibilities to be determined.

Qualifications:

High energy and pleasant personality.
Superior verbal & listening skills.
Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word and Outlook) a plus.
Experience with SAGE100 is a plus
Must be able to work independently, self-review, have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
