What will you be doing in your role?
- Provide support to case management staff in assisting refugee clients. Communicate and collaborate to facilitate service delivery.
- Communicate client/case observations and/or concerns to case managers.
- Documentation duties including but not limited to: case noting, intake documentation preparation, completing, organizing, and maintaining case files in a timely manner.
- Assist case managers in completing intakes with new clients, conducting home visits, donation deliveries, and providing informational sessions for clients.
- Providing direct support to clients by assisting with appointments such as doctor appointments, public benefits offices, and job interviews.
- Advocate for clients with service providers, agencies, and in the community.
WORK HOURS
Regular office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. This position may require flexibility to work various hours and possibly weekends depending on current program needs. This position requires a minimum of at least 10 hours per week, and at least one semester remaining.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This is a part-time un-paid position.

- Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and liability insurance
