Description 

JGA is hiring a full-time exempt Marketing Associate in our Henderson, Nevada office to provide marketing and analytical support services to our team and aid the growth of the Firm. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Business Development, you’ll work closely with our operations, sales, and professional services teams to carry out our marketing communications strategy. This role balances creativity with structure and can work independently or with a team to bring great ideas to life. The Marketing Associate plays an integral role in our commitment to on-brand, quality work. The Marketing Associate’s primary focus is to execute the Firm’s communications programs across various channels to enhance the Firm’s brand globally. Self-sufficiency and attention to detail is a must for this role.

$60,000/year

• Serve as point person for communications requests and as liaison for the Firm’s internal team, vendors, and partners.
• Write content for various audiences including e-mails, blog posts, website content, social media messaging, newsletters, press releases, proposals, event promotions, etc. ensuring all communications comply with brand, style, and formatting consistency.
• Utilize the Firm’s marketing technology tools and platforms to create high-quality, on-brand content and organize all brand materials.
• Execute multiple in-flight projects simultaneously and effectively communicate the progress of deliverables to the Director of Marketing Business Development and the professional services consultants.
• Coordinate event logistics and planning for virtual and in-person webinars, conferences, sponsorships, roadshows, and other thought leadership efforts.
• Prioritize projects and plan action steps and milestones with accuracy and efficiency.
• Team throughout the organization to identify marketing opportunities and contribute ideas to achieve desired results for all JGA services/solutions.
• Maintain the Firm's marketing data to ensure accurate and complete records in the CRM system.
• Provide timely analytics reports measuring campaign effectiveness for existing and potential new services.
• Maintain standards of confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• The ideal candidate’s qualifications should include:
• 5-7 years experience in marketing or business development for professional services firms (i.e. accounting, consulting, legal, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field.
• Experience in software marketing strategies, including new software launches, are a strong plus.
• Strong background executing various projects in a fast-paced environment with resourcefulness and resiliency.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, website content management, graphic design, analytics, and other marketing technology tools.
• Ability to travel up to 20 percent.
