Accountant Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivables
- Journal Entries
- Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations
- Construction Job Reconciliations
- Credit Card Reconciliations
- Inventory Management
- Financial Reporting
- Trend Review
- Actual vs Budget Reports
- 1099's
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
- Previous accounting experience (1-2 years)
- Knowledgeable with QuickBooks
- Knowledgeable with Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to create Excel spreadsheets
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to details
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with CRM
