Graphic Media Marketing Designer

SUMMARY:

Winzer Corp. is looking for a Graphic Media Marketing Designer with outstanding organizational skills, creative individuals with fantastic communication skills, and excellent time management. From day one, this individual will contribute to existing marketing programs while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, branding, graphic design, photography, digital marketing, and video production and editing. The Graphic Designer/Content Creator must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills along with working in conjunction with team members and clients.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Associate degree (A.A.) in a related field of study from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:

• Working knowledge of graphic designing software in a PC environment.
• The employee is required to have skills and abilities in the following areas:

• Adobe CC Programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign
• Spark, Premiere, Audition, After Effects, and Dreamweaver is a Plus.
• Microsoft Office
• Digital Photography
• Video Editing
• Creativity/Willingness to experiment.
• Knowledge of HTML is a plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Support the marketing department's initiatives with the execution of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, and all content marketing.
• Assist in the completion of assigned projects and prioritize assigned tasks, including web development, social media, graphic design, photography, videography, signage, and research.
• Oversee and keep up to date all printed deliverables, signage, and website pages.
• Create/maintain collateral materials including marketing flyers, product brochures and email campaigns.
• Take DSLR photographs of products and prepare them for print and web promotions.
• Be able to write content for promotions when needed.
• Knowledgeable or have a background in Media Marketing which includes Facebook and Instagram posts and oversee analytics is a must.
• Be able to manage your time with projects and must be resourceful.
• Must be able to record, edit, and export video and sound for promotion and product training.

OTHER DUTIES:

• Other duties as assigned by Manager.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to efficiently use a personal computer equipped with standard keyboard and mouse.
• Ability to communicate in English to locate, read, and report information.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
