We're looking for a Global Social Media Design Strategist with the passion and experience to create what matters-one project at a time. This role drives design strategies across global and regional social media initiatives, ensuring high-impact visual content tailored for regional audiences while optimizing workflows through AI and automation.
What You'll Do...
Design Strategy & Implementation
• Define and maintain design guidelines and standards for working file delivery, creative assets, SharePoint design, and presentation development.
  • Lead content adaptation initiatives and episodic content staging in EdHub SharePoint, prioritizing speed, accuracy, and regional relevance.

  • Consult on AI tooling strategies to enhance team and client goals.

Regional Collaboration & Support
  • Act as the primary point-of-contact for Regional Marketing Managers and clients on design programs, feedback, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct design trainings on country-specific nuances, including "dos and don'ts."
  • Recommend templates and designs that drive regional adoption of corporate content.

Content & File Management
  • Maintain and edit social media design files for consistency and accessibility.
  • Oversee creative asset delivery from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with standards.

Presentation Development
