Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our property management company as a Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will be completing routine maintenance across multiple properties, undertaking repairs, and tackling a range of other practical tasks. Our ideal candidate has several years of professional experience in construction and maintenance, along with reliable transportation.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work within a team led by Maintenance manager.
- Perform routine and scheduled building & property maintenance across multiple locations.
- Be on-call to respond to emergency issues.
Maintenance Technician Requirements
- Ability to set up and climb 32ft ladders and walk roofs.
- Basic understanding of the materials, methods, and tools used to construct and repair buildings and infrastructure of properties.
- Physical ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects throughout the workday.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Experience
- Customer Service experience
- Construction and related industries
- Property management experience is a plus.
Licenses
- Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation
