Job DescriptionCompany Description
Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Recording day to day financial transactions and completing posting process
- Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
- Process accounts receivable/payable
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Job costing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields preferred
- Knowledge of Foundation Software preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational, written and verbal skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Bilingual preferred (spanish)
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
