We are hiring for Accounts Payable and Receivable positions at an innovator and market leader in post consumer recycled products. Our client in Ronda is a family owned business that strives to give their customers the best possible service and is committed to our environment and keeping our country green.
As a AP/AR employee you will work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:
• Provide administrative support for the HR department.
• Administrative work including maintaining files and sorting mail for office
• Assist weekly and monthly inventory
• Process purchase orders, invoices and file vendor invoices daily.

What You Need:
• Associate degree in Accounting filed (preferred but not required)
• 2 or more years experience in AP/AR/Inventory processing
• Experience in QuickBooks and MS Word and Excel
