Production Support Specialist

We are looking for a Production Support Specialist responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Resolving the Customer's problem via the telephone.
• Word processing, including general correspondence and data entry.
• Effectively researching the internet for documentation to assist with verification requests.
• Responsible for answering routine questions and issues about products and services from internal and external customers.
• Effectively resolving inquiries or escalating concerns in a timely fashion.
• Analyzing credit files to determine the cause of missing data and changes to credit data.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Customer Service experience.
• Mortgage and Credit experience.
• Bilingual Spanish - Read & Speak.
