Job Description

Our client in Middlesex County NJ is seeking an Aseptic Technician to join their team.

Location: highland Park, NJ
Shift: 3 pm-11 pm OR 11pm - 7am (Mon - Fri)
Pay: $22-$24 per hour
Type: Contract

Responsibilities

Aseptically process cells and tissues in a regulated medical device environment.
Maintain ISO certified cleanroom and adhere to standard operating procedures.
Gain technical knowledge through training and hands-on experience.
Prepare safe, quality tissue and maintain aseptic techniques.
Assist in semiannual and quarterly shutdown activities.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols.
Complete documentation accurately and legibly.
Perform quality inspections and ensure proper waste disposal.
Prepare tissue samples for testing and maintain traceability.
Transfer tissue to storage and prepare chemicals as needed.
Clean and sanitize cleanroom and equipment regularly.
Participate in training programs for professional development.
Collaborate with support departments as required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/G.E.D.
Accurately adds, subtracts, measures, and calculates ratios for liquids and powders
