Senior Project Manager

Paradigm Education Solutions is looking for our next Senior Project Manager. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful, profitable, and timely publication of integrated digital and print educational programs for Paradigm Education Solutions. You will work closely with Product Owners, authors, reviewers, and publishing services providers as well as with internal staff members to ensure a timely completion of projects.

What Will You Do as a Senior Project Manager?

• Work closely with the VP and Product Owners to prioritize projects and to understand and document time and resource requirements for each
• Coordinates with internal or external development teams to facilitate a reliable workflow from the author through development and into production
• Provides guidelines, templates, suggestions, feedback, and other support to authors and other content developers to ensure the development of exemplary program components
• Hires and supervises content vendors (freelance writers, reviewers, developers and other service providers)
• For each assigned program, the Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of schedule management to ensure their assigned projects are of high quality and publish on time

Who Do We Need?

• Someone with prior project management experience, is necessary. Ideally our candidate has prior experience working with higher education products or within a publishing industry
• Someone who has great time management skills, a keen eye for attention to details
• Someone who is able to effectively collaborate with different departments, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders
• Someone who has a Bachelor's degree and three to four years of related experience and/or training
• Someone who is able to work out of our home office in Dubuque, Iowa
