About the Role: As a Public Relations Assistant at Pattern Promotions, you'll play a crucial role in helping to shape and maintain our clients' public image and reputation. You'll work closely with our Public Relations team to execute strategic communication plans, coordinate media outreach, and assist with various PR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of public relations strategies and campaigns.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, and other written materials for distribution to media outlets.
• Maintain media contact lists and relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Monitor media coverage and social media channels for relevant mentions and trends.
• Coordinate logistics for press events, interviews, and other PR activities.
• Conduct research to support PR initiatives and provide insights into industry trends.
• Provide administrative support to the PR team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• Previous experience in public relations, communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with media monitoring tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
