Compensation: $130,000 - $200,000
About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives. The CMO will play a pivotal role in elevating the law firm's brand, expanding its client base, and driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the firm's objectives to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive client acquisition.
- Oversee brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Lead digital marketing efforts including website optimization, SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media management to maximize online visibility and engagement.
- Identify target markets and segments, develop campaigns to attract new clients, and implement strategies to nurture client relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize marketing efforts and achieve measurable results.
- Manage media relations, press releases, and external communications to enhance the firm's reputation and establish thought leadership within the legal industry.
- Work closely with partners, attorneys, and other stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Generate regular reports and insights to track progress and inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 7 years in a senior marketing role, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles and strong leadership skills
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve marketing objectives.
- Legal industry experience or knowledge is a plus.
- Military veterans are highly preferred!
