Description

Conifer Park is currently seeking for a Project Director to lead efforts at our Outpatient clinic in Rochester, NY.

This leader will be responsible for the coordination of all services and activities associated with assigned projects, providing oversight under the scope of responsibility. Will take lead on coordinating and training project staff while ensure clear communication between staff, service providers, referral sources and client advocates. The director will be responsible for GPRA data collection and will provide supervision and oversight of assigned staff, including but not limited to a case manager; will work closely with the project evaluator to monitor established program/projects outcomes and will provide alert on any break of policy. Any other duties as assigned

Schedule: Mondays - Fridays 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in any related field required Or Masters degree with QHP or provisional licensure (e.g. LMHC, LMHC-P, LMSW, LCSW) desired. CASAC or Qualified Health Professional. 1-3 years of work experience. Experience in Substance abuse preferred. CPR Certification. Chemical dependency and/or Mental health experience preferred and ability to speak before groups.
