Job Description

HR Assistant
LHH is proactively recruiting for an HR Assistant onsite in Hackensack, NJ. This is a direct hire position, if you have HR experience look no further this job is for you.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing resumes for any open roles
Set up interviews
Assist with new hire onboarding
Create and send offer letters
Finding talent on job boards, social networks, and create job descriptions
Input data into their database
Perform any clerical and admin tasks
Qualifications:
1-2 years in HR role
Recent graduate with HR degree
Proficient in MS office suites
Strong attention to detail
Education:
Employment type: Direct Hire
Salary: $50-70,000 depending on experience
