Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join us in the role of Quality Engineer. This is a direct hire opportunity with a company in Welcome, NC, conveniently located off highway 52.

The ideal candidate for this role would possess:

B.S. Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Quality, REQUIRED)
Must have had training in Statistical Analysis & Root Cause Failure Analysis Techniques
Assist in maintaining the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System
Perform scheduled Compliance and Leadership Quality Audits and provide Process Improvement Recommendations as a result of these audits
Analyze process related non-conformances
Disposition of Supplier related non-conforming parts or assemblies found at receiving and/or in process inspection during the manufacturing process
Define and document acceptance criteria for manufacturing operations
Must have good Communication Skills to communicate with other departments, vendors, and customers.

We are eager to identify individuals who not only meet these criteria but also align with company culture and values. The targeted base salary range is $78-84k. There is a possibility to receive a STIP (Short Term Incentive Plan) bonus.
