ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?

In this role, you're at the heart of therapeutic programming, reporting to the Programs Manager. You advocate for clients and staff, ensuring top-notch care aligned with the CARE/TCI practice model. Essential tasks include providing shift planning, coaching, and decision-making support for on-duty staff, emphasizing CARE principles.

You actively contribute to selecting, supervising, and evaluating Youth Care Workers, collaborating with Program Managers to address performance issues. Meticulous documentation is key, and you oversee client documentation paperwork. Your role also involves modeling a strong work ethic focused on delivering quality care for children.

Building trust and strong relationships, you facilitate communication among residential team members, identify staff development needs, recommend ongoing training, and actively participate in treatment planning for residents. Your dedication creates a supportive environment, contributing to the overall success of therapeutic initiatives!

Here's what you need:

  • 21+ years of age

  • A valid driver's license

  • Proof of automobile insurance

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in the human service field with 2+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
