Salary:

Purpose 
The Risk Assessment Clinical Program Manager is responsible for providing customers in North America support during launch and throughout the program lifetime to promote success of their risk assessment programs.  Working with the Volpara Health installed base customers as they launch their Risk Assessment Service Line, this position will manage the impact of technology implementation in order to optimize clinical, financial, and operational success of the high-risk genetic and imaging screening program.  This position will also develop customer tools and templates, criteria for assessing current customer satisfaction, measure current state, and develop a set of priorities for engaging with customers to meet their goals.  Responsibilities may also include ongoing post-sale customer support including on site clinical in-servicing and go-live support. 


Responsibilities 

  • Owns IB database to ensure information is current and complete.  
  • Owns and manages an IB dashboard establishing key metrics around customer’s definition of success and outcomes metrics. 
  • Leverages existing workflow tools and cross functional teams post sale to ensure customers are meeting established goals. 
  • Shares customer best practices and generates new tools and tactics based on key learnings. 
  • Works with large hospital systems and corporate accounts strategically to show benefit across the system and influence adoption by more sites.  
  • Generates business cases studies and outcomes reports for strategically selected sites.   
  • Plays a role in leading our Volpara Health and Epic Users Club (meetings and online forum). 
  • Use performance management skills to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies. 
  • Develop systematic process for addressing common customer challenges with actions for customers to implement change and achieve success. 
  • Produce well-written post-sales reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.

Experience & Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in related business or technical/clinical field. Professional clinical/technical certifications/registries (Mammography or Breast Ultrasound i.e. ARRT or ARDMS) preferred. 
  • Minimum of 5 years clinical/ technical experience following certification with demonstrated clinical/technical skills preferred. Experience managing a clinical department and implementing new clinical technology 
  • Experience in large hospital/university setting preferred. 
  • 3 years of consulting experience in related industry preferred. 
  • Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products 
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, ability to deliver simplified messages to a diversified target audience from Academic, to clinical to technical and be able to get the message through.
  • Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time. 
  • Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic area.  
  • Proof of COVID 19 vaccination required, except in limited circumstances where a legally recognized medical or religious exemption may be able to be accommodated.


Compensation & Benefits 

    Salary range: $85,000-$97,500 per year, plus participation in a variable compensation plan. Benefits include the option to participate in medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances; a 401K plan with a company match; and generous paid time off.
