Our Creative Service team is looking for a Production Assistant to aid the Four Hands studio team on set with photography and video production by facilitating sample logistical needs. We are a fast-paced studio environment shooting between 20-30 samples daily across all sets. You will work closely with the Studio Production Specialist to ensure samples are organized and flow to and from set.

In This Role

Collaborate with the Warehouse logistics team to make sure product is staged for ESS and Silo per week in appropriate staging lanes daily
Support stylists and photographers with on set product swaps daily
Aid photographers with equipment changes and support as needed
Assist stylists with prop accessories, plant, and art organization
Sweep, mop, and vacuum bays as needed during daily photoshoots
Help keep studio floor and pathways clear of debris and clutter
Work quickly to accommodate sudden changes to schedule
Collaborate with the Production Specialist to identify gaps in workflow and aid in solutions
Support aging sample management by helping to manage inventory
Occasional support of Warehouse and Showroom sample logistics
Local travel for location shoots when applicable

The Ideal Person

High School Diploma, or GED required
1+ years' experience in studio PA or related role
2+ years' of experience working in warehouse logistics setting
Maintain an exceptionally clear and safe work environment
Ability to creative problem solve
Willingness to acquire new knowledge, skills, and abilities
Ability to effectively manage ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs without assistance and lift up to 225 lbs with assistance such as a dolly
Comfortable working around strobing and studio lighting as this is a warehouse and studio environment
