Job Description
As a Power Platform Developer, you will be a key player in designing, building, deploying, and operating custom business applications and automated workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform. Your focus will be on Model-Driven Applications with embedded Canvas-Driven Applications, which are primarily a no-code or low-code component-focused approach to app development. If you thrive on solving real-world business challenges and driving digital transformation within an organization, this role is for you! Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop: Create robust Power Platform applications tailored to meet specific business requirements.
  • Teams Integration: Leverage your extensive knowledge of Microsoft Teams to seamlessly integrate collaboration features into your applications.
  • Graph API Expertise: Utilize the Microsoft Graph API to access data and services across Microsoft 365, Azure, and other platforms.
  • Dataverse Customization: Customize and extend the Dataverse (formerly known as Common Data Service) to model data, define business rules, and create relationships.
  • Business Logic Implementation: Apply business logic to model-driven apps using client scripting and web resources.
  • Entity Customization: Customize entity forms, views, dashboards, charts, commands, and ribbons.
  • Testing and Deployment: Ensure thorough testing and smooth deployment of solutions.
  • Change Management: Ensure new development efforts do not disrupt existing solutions and ensure hand off to those supporting end users is seamless.
  • Azure DevOps: Tracking and communicating Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks. Clearly communicating the status of any assigned work items.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Power Platform Developer or similar role.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform with integration into Microsoft Teams.
    • Strong understanding of the Microsoft Graph API and its capabilities.
  • Deep knowledge of Dataverse customization and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with client scripting and web resources.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
