Job description

Power Automate (O365) Developer

Seeking Power Automate (O365) Developer for the purpose of configuring and coding ticket escalations through a PowerApp front end or Power Virtual Agent. Will need versed in PowerApps, PowerAutomate, adaptive cards, JSON, and potentially GraphAPI. Connecting to EasyVista via premium connector experience is a plus. Project requirements will include turning scripts and use cases into a virtual agent (ChatBot) that will guide a user to self help resolution, escalate a ticket with the required information to service the request, activate a warm handoff to proper support team.
