Senior Microsoft Power Apps Developer

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Power Apps Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions. This is a performance-based role where success is measured by outcomes: automation delivered, business impact created, speed to production, and solution quality. If you're a senior Power Apps engineer who thrives in dynamic environments, solves real business problems, and wants to own full lifecycle delivery — we'd love to talk.

In the first 60 days:

  • Deliver a Power App to production
  • Zero critical defects in UAT
  • Stakeholder satisfaction 95%+

In the first 90 days:

  • Identify & automate 3+ high-value workflows
  • Eliminate manual effort & increase operational efficiency
  • Show measurable ROI tied to hours saved

By month 4:

  • Establish architecture standards
  • Own CI/CD deployment strategy
  • Become primary Power Platform SME

What You'll Work With:

  • Canvas & Model-Driven Apps
  • Dataverse & SQL data modeling
  • Power Automate automation
  • Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, Service Bus)
  • API integration & custom connectors
  • ALM and DevOps pipelines

This is a development-heavy role with architectural ownership and stakeholder engagement. You'll build, enhance, integrate, secure, optimize, and scale Power Apps across a growing enterprise portfolio.
