Job Title: Power Apps Engineer Work Location: Cincinnati, OH (Day 1 onsite) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Power Apps Engineer to lead a high-visibility project within our IT department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing complex custom applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate, leveraging the standard Power Apps license model (not Premium licenses). Responsibilities:
  • Application Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are optimized for performance and responsiveness.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Interface Design: Craft intuitive and user-friendly interfaces by adhering to best practices and design principles.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform meticulous testing and debugging to guarantee the reliability and efficiency of applications.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all applications and processes.
  • Customization: Customize and extend standard functionalities of Power Apps to meet specific business needs.
  • User Training: Train end-users on how to effectively use Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
  • Project Leadership: Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in developing custom applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
