Position Overview:

The Fleet Associate role involves building and maintaining a sustainable fleet and commercial customer base in the local and regional markets. This position is commissioned based with the opportunity to earn up to $150,000 annually.

Who You Are:

As a Fleet Associate, you must possess the following skills and experiences:

• Proven ability to establish and maintain a sustainable fleet and commercial customer base in local and regional markets
• Experience in working with Auto Brokers and ability to complete paperwork for vehicle sales, including Finance and Insurance documentation
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction, as measured by the manufacturer and dealership-sponsored surveys
• Ability to provide a high level of service while meeting company profitability standards and goals
• Passionate about staying informed and educated on all product model features and benefits
• Highly driven, self-motivated, and able to work with little supervision
• 2+ years of automotive sales experience

Essential Responsibilities:

• Continuously developed new and qualified customer leads.
• Closed sales are consistent with quotas and sales action plan objectives.
• Establish and maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the technical and performance requirements essential to perform the position
• Keep informed, establish, maintain, and fine-tune the skills and abilities required to perform the position according to the standards set.
• Seek to understand and then comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• You have 2+ years of automotive sales experience
• Eligible to receive a Colorado salesperson license
• Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
• Authorized to work in the United States
