Digital Marketing Manager

We’re a leading furniture manufacturer/retailer in a niche/luxury space that prides itself on innovation of products, commitment to customer service and growth in many areas of advertising and marketing. 

With our successful 20+ years in e-commerce and a proven and experienced team in our company, we’re looking to add key people to our marketing department that also have experience and success in the digital marketing world.

Bring your deep understanding of creating visual assets in Adobe Photoshop (or other graphics editors) and Adobe Premiere (or similar video editor) and create content for our product lines that will live within our retail/manufacturer sites, Amazon, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Google Shopping, Wayfair and other channels. 

You need to show a track record of creating video and photo content with routine, because content is king and we need lots of it.

You’ll be doing this:

• Create video assets (shorts for example) that will live on our YouTube channel. It can be new product launches, DIY guides, exhibiting how to use new features of our furniture.

• Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all content. Anyone who sees your content should instantly know that it came from our brand.

• Create diagrams of new features and popular features. For example how would you demonstrate that a particular product has 7 different LED lights to toggle through, heat and massage functions?

• Augment and enhance our existing product pages on our sites and Amazon to meet existing tech requirements and marketing trends.

• Work within our in-house team and outside content creators that will exponentially grow our assets.

• Constantly further your knowledge and education through workshops, research, and seminars. Share best practices and marketing ideas and tactics with us so we can constantly evolve our presence.

You need to bring this to the table:

• Organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail is a must. We want to do many things at once. Time-management techniques for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously is vital to success.

• The ability to be a “self-starter” who is able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency at Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel. Being able to work with a computer with ease is a must.

• Experience with web platforms such as Magento (most of our sites are hosted here), Wordpress (1 site here) and other platforms such as Shopify is a plus.

• Solid experience with Photoshop and web design know-how. Experience with Premiere or other video editors.

• Your enthusiasm for all this digital marketing stuff, your desire for professional and personal growth and to be a part of a team that has momentum but needs more like-minded people to join us.

• You need to have at least 3+ years of proven experience with digital marketing / digital design for photos/videos on YouTube and social media channels.

Your starting compensation:

• $70,000+ depending on experience

• Option to join 401K program, after 1 year
